Here at Welland Valley FC our commitment to safety is our top priority. We aim to provide a safe and fun environment for all of our players, parents, spectators and visitors at all times. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic causing disruption across the globe, this has ultimately meant that how we go to play football has had to change too.

WVFC have implemented many additional procedures and regulations in line with the ever changing WHO, UK Government and the FA guidance. These procedures and regulations are in place to help get you/ your child back playing the game that we love.

Some of the main changes that you will notice during training and matches can be found below:

  • One way systems between the car park and the two fields.
  • Hand sanitisation facilities on arrival
  • Additional Social distancing measures
  • NHS Test and Trace QR code scanning on arrival
  • COVID checks on arrival for all players and officials
  • Restrictions on spectator numbers to minimise the amount of people in attendance.

All of the procedures that we have in place are there for a reason – TO KEEP EVERYBODY SAFE!

HANDS – FACE – SPACE

WVFC understand that adhering to these new requirements may cause additional delays and/or inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in adhering to this new way of football.
